Luoyang Furnitopper Corporation mainly focus on steel furniture supply. Our factory is situated in the renowned Huadu (say flower city) Luoyang where the biggest steel furniture production base in China is located. We have 5 workshops for different line of products. The first line is for Knock-down structure steel storage lockers and metal filing cabinets. The second one is for mobile pedestals and caddies. The third for stainless steel lockers and cabinets. The fourth for steel shelving including the storage racks, library bookshelf and mass mobile shelving. The final one is for school desks and chairs, and also dormitory beds.

Our main products are certified by ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We invest heavily and constantly in the introduction of advanced high-precision production equipment including a number of Japan Amada AE2510NT CNC Turret Punching Machines, LCG3015 CNC Laser Cutting Machines, HM1003 high-precision CNC Bending Machines, a Yaskawa MA1440 Robotic Welding System, TruLaser Swift Edition from the world’s laser cutting industry tycoon Germany TRUMPF, the Italy ultimate Salvagnini Panel Bender P2 and dozens of Taiwan SEYI NC Feeding and Stamping Production Lines. We create the best conditions for the precision production of each component.

In the meantime, we also integrate the 5S site management rules into all aspects of production management to create a safe, clean and orderly operating environment. We have a Quality Control Team that insists on principles, surveys the details, and improves the quality management and supervision system that is in place. From raw materials, to cutting, bending, stamping, spot welding, painting and assembly, the focus on details is their highest priority.
